基于ISM模型的第三方物流障碍因素分析

摘　　要：全球经济一体化和社会化大生产的发展推动了物流业发展,第三方物流作为专业化的服务模式,是物流业发展到一定阶段的产物。在分析我国第三方物流现状的基础上,运用解释结构模型(ISM)对影响第三方物流发展的障碍因素进行分析,建立相应的有向图。基于有向图反映的第三方物流发展障碍因素的相对关系计算出可达矩阵,建立解释结构模型和障碍因素分布图。再将影响第三方物流发展的障碍因素进行重新排序,形成障碍因素作用力和依赖性分布图,从而确定影响第三方物流障碍因素并分析研究各障碍因素之间的关系,提出各层次障碍因素的应对策略。The economic globalization and the development of socialized mass production improve the logistics develop- ment, the third party is the outcome from the development of logistic industry as professional service mode. Based on analyz- ing the status quo of China＇s third party logistics, this paper uses ISM to analyze the hamper factor on the third party logistics development, establishes related directed graph. Based on the directed graph, the reachable matrix is calculated from the rela- tive correlation reflected by the hamper factor of the third party logistics development, and the ISM and hamper factor distri- bution graph are established. This paper also re-ranks the hamper factors to form the force and dependency graph, which can determine the interactive relationship, and puts forward the countermeasure strategy.
