摘　　要：中国自贸区作为国家战略备受关注,投资领域的开放创新和便利化是其主要任务之一,投资环境的优劣是衡量自贸区域综合竞争力的重要标志。根据四大自贸区所在区域的特点,构建出一套宏观和中观的投资环境评价体系,宏观体系中包括经济基础、贸易和金融、基础设施建设和自贸区运作能力等,中观体系中包括制造业、金融业、交通运输业、教育和科学技术业,再利用主成分分析法对四个自贸区所在区域投资环境进行定量评价。分析结果得知四大自贸区所在区域投资环境总排名,各自贸区所在区域的优势产业以及适合投资领域,最后提出改善建议和未来的研究展望。China＇s free trade area receives much more concerns as national strategy, the opening innovation in investment field and facilitation is one of its major assignments, and the investment environment is a significant mark to judge the compre- hensive competitiveness of free trade area. According to the characteristics of the four free trade area, this paper establishes a set of macroscopic and medium-scope evaluation system of investment environment, in the macroscopic system, there is economic foundation, trade and finance, infrastructure and operational capacity of free trade area, and in the medium-scope system, there is manufacturing industry, financial industry, transportation industry, education and science and technology industry. This paper uses principle component analysis to take quantitative evaluation of the investment environment in the four free trade area. The results gives the overall ranking of the investment environment, the advantage industry and the suitable investment fields, and finally puts forward improvement suggestion and future research prospect.
