摘  要:在室内条件下研究了Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)胁迫对金盏花品种"陇菊1号"种子萌发及幼苗生理特性的影响。研究结果表明:低浓度的Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)胁迫对金盏花种子萌发具有一定的促进作用,而高浓度的Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)胁迫则表现为抑制作用;在不同浓度Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)胁迫下,金盏花幼苗的保护酶SOD、POD、CAT活性均呈现先上升后下降的变化趋势;随着Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)胁迫浓度的升高,金盏花幼苗的MDA含量逐渐增加。This paper studied the effects of Cn2+ and Zn2+ stress on the seed germination and seedling physiological character- istics of Calendula officinalis variety "Longju 1" under the indoor condition. The results showed that: low concentration of Cu2~ and Zn2~ stress had a certain promoting effect on the seed germination of C. officinalis, while high concentration of Cu2+and Zn2+ stress revealed an inhibitory effect; when the concentration of Cu2+ and Zn2+ stress increased, the activities of some protective enzymes (SOD, POD and CAT) in C. officinalis seedlings increased first and then decreased, while the MDA content increased gradually.
