摘　　要：分析了在线率低的相关原因,在现有流程的基础上,针对业务负载不均衡、系统资源浪费等相关问题,对前置、反算等环节处理流程和参数配置进行了优化和调整。优化后相关数据表明,实现了整体负载均衡,提升了在线计费系统处理效率,减少了系统开销,同时节省了主机和话单存储等资源,在显著提升在线率的同时降低了流量业务提醒时延相关投诉,在系统运营维护上降本增效效果显著,为电信运营商解决在线计费类似问题提供了可供参考的优化思路。The paper analyses some reasons for low online rate in the Online Charging System. It is out of balance load and wastes much system resource. Some optimization schemes are proposed in this paper. It optimizes the process of the TS and TB module. Some parameters and system configuration are adjusted. By comparing system performance, the data shows that the optimization module performance is much better than the old one in processing ability and efficiency. It assures load balancing and takes up less system resource and storage space. Online rate is significantly improved and the ratio of complaints about remind delay is greatly be decreased. It is effective in resource saving and cost reducing on system operation and maintenance. It provides some optimized solution and thinking for processing similar problems in the OCS.
