摘 要:目的应用微课进行消化内镜的日常教学工作,进一步研究微课教学方法对于临床医学本科学生学习消化内镜的教学效果。方法将我校2011级即将进入临床实习的480名学生作为研究对象,随机分为两组(即"微课教学组"的实验组和"传统教学组"的对照组),对两组学生分别利用微课和传统课堂教学方法授课,对于两组学生理论及实践操作的考试成绩进行比较,并在考试后发放调查问卷,对于学生们在学习过程中的主观感受的差异进行对比。结果 "微课教学组"的实验组的学生在理论及实践操作的考试成绩均优于"传统教学组"的对照组(P<0.05);且实验组学生对于有关消化内镜理论知识及临床实际操作的掌握能力、自主学习能动性、课程的学习效率、微课教学方法的学习兴趣、学习时间的灵活变通能力、小组成员共同学习时的沟通能力及对于独立思考时的思维能力等方面的评价与对照组相比有较为明显的提高(P<0.05)。结论应用微课的教学法于消化内镜的教学过程,有利于增强学生的学习热情和兴趣,提高学生自主学习的能力,同时提高学生临床实践操作的能力。Objective To carry out the routine teaching of digestive endoscope by microlecture, in order to further study the effect of microlecture in in medical undergraduate teaching. Methods 480 students who were enrolled in our clinical practice were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group of the "microlecture group" and the control group "traditional teaching group". The two groups of students were taught by using the mieroleture and traditional teaching methods, and the results of theory and practice were compared between the two groups. After the test, a questionnaire was issued to compare the subjective feelings of the students in the learning process. Results The scores of the students in the microlecture group were significantly better than those in the "traditional teaching group" (P〈0.05). The students in the experimental group had better knowledge of the digestive endoscopy, the ability to master the practical operation, the autonomy of learning initiative, the learning efficiency of the course, the learning interest of the microlectrue teaching method, the flexible ability of learning time, the communication ability of the group members to learn together, and the thinking ability for independent thinking, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion The microleture teaching method applied to digestive endoscopy is conducive to enhancing students' learning enthusiasm and interest, improve students' autonomous learning ability, and improve students' ability of clinical practice, and microlecture should be widely used in clinical medical undergraduate teaching plan.
