摘  要:目的探讨翻转课堂联合微课教学模式在麻醉技能教学中的应用及效果。方法选取麻醉学专业学生60例为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组采用传统教学法进行麻醉临床技能教学;实验组采用翻转课堂联合微课教学模式教学,通过理论知识笔试考试、临床操作技能评分和调查问卷比较两组学生教学效果和满意度。结果与对照组相比,实验组学生理论知识考试成绩和麻醉临床操作技能评分显著高于提高;同时实验组学生对所实行的教学模式更为满意,以上指标组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在麻醉技能教学中应用翻转课堂联合微课教学模式提高了学生实际操作技能和笔试考试成绩,是提高麻醉技能教学的有效途径。Objective To analyze the effect of the flipped classroom combined with micro-lecture method in anesthesia skill teaching. Methods 60 students were randomly divided into two groups: control group adopted traditional teaching method for anesthesia skill teaching, and observation group adopted the flipped classroom combined with micro-lecture method, 30 students in each group. The teaching effects were compared with paper test scores and questionnaires. Results Compared with the control group, theoretical knowledge, anesthesia operation skill scores and students' satisfaction of experimental group were much higher than those in control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Application of flipped classroom combined with micro-lecture on the clinical anesthesia teaching improved the operation skill scores and theoretical knowledge scores and is an effective way to improve clinical anesthesia skill teaching.
