低温等离子射频消融术治疗喉部恶性肿瘤的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析喉部恶性肿瘤经低温等离子射频消融术治疗的临床疗效。方法选取95例喉部恶性肿瘤患者,均经低温等离子射频消融术治疗,对治疗结果予以回顾性分析。结果本组所有患者均达到了内镜全切除标准,术后复发5例,复发率为5.26%,再次行低温等离子射频消融术4例,1例行喉裂开声带切除术,2例死亡,死亡率为2.11%。结论低温等离子射频消融术治疗喉部恶性肿瘤具有显著效果,并发症和复发率较低。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of laryngeal malignant tumor treated by low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation. Methods 95 patients with malignant laryngeal cancer were treated by low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation, and the results were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients in this group were treated with endoscopic resection standard, 5 cases of recurrence after operation, the recurrence rate was 5.26%, 4 cases of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation, 1 case of laryngeal laryngectomy, 2 cases mortality, The mortality rate was 2.11%. Conclusion Low temperature plasma ablation has a significant effect on the treatment of laryngeal malignant tumors. The complications and recurrence rate are low and have clinical promotion value.
