比较观察锁定钢板与AO钢板应用在肱骨近端骨折治疗中的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的对比分析锁定钢板与AO钢板应用在肱骨近端骨折治疗中的临床疗效。方法 66例以肱骨近端骨折患者为研究对象,随机分成两组。对照组采用AO钢板治疗,观察组采用锁定钢板治疗。结果治疗前,两组患者的Neer评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的骨折愈合时间比对照组短,Neer评分比对照组高,并发症发生率(12.12%)比对照组低(3.03%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与AO钢板相比,锁定钢板在肱骨近端骨折治疗中的疗效显著。Objective To analysis locking plate with AO plate used in the clinical curative effect in treatment of proximal humeral fractures.Methods 66 patients with proximal humeral fractures as the research object, and randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group treated with AO plate, the observation group was treated with locking plate. Results Neer score difference before treatment, 2 groups of patients have no statistical significance （P〉0.05）;After treatment,the observation group of patients with fracture healing time, shorter than control group, Neer scores higher than the control group, low complication rate （12.12%） than the control group （3.03%）,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with AO plate,locking plate in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures in the curative effect is distinct, have a higher clinical value.
