碘伏湿敷+曲安奈德益康唑乳膏治疗霉菌性外耳道炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨碘伏湿敷联合曲安奈德益康唑乳膏治疗霉菌性外耳道炎的临床效果。方法选取68例霉菌性外耳道炎患者,随机分对照组和观察组,每组34例,对照组采用曲安奈德益康唑乳膏治疗,观察组采用碘伏湿敷+曲安奈德益康唑乳膏治疗;比较两组的疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(100.00%vs.94.12%),均无不良反应,复发率低于对照组(5.88%vs.23.53%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论碘伏湿敷和曲安奈德益康唑乳膏联合应用治疗霉菌性外耳道炎疗效显著,安全性高,且复发率低,可作为霉菌性外耳道炎的有效治疗方法之一。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Iodophor on Triamcinolone Acetonide and Econazole Nitrate Cream combined treatment of mycotic otitis externa. Methods 68 cases of mycotic otitis externa patients in outpatients of our hospital, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 34 cases in each group, the control group using Iodophor on the treatment, the observation group in the control group based on the combined application of Triameinolone Acetonide and Econazole Nitrate Cream therapy, all patients were prescribed treatment, clinical curative effect analysis the two group. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （100.00% vs. 94.12%）, there was no adverse reaction, the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group （5.88% vs. 23.53%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combined application of Iodophor on Triamcinolone Acetonide and Econazole Nitrate Cream and significant efficacy in the treatment of mycotic otitis externa, high safety, and low recurrence rate, can be used as an effective treatment for fungal otitis extema.
