摘　　要：目的探究与分析传统棉布包装无菌物品与一次性无纺布无菌物品使用费用情况。方法选择我院2014年12月—2016年12月手术室内使用的传统棉布作为对照组,另选择同时期使用的一次性无纺布作为观察组,对比两组使用费用。结果对照组与观察组相比棉布包装物品单价较低、平均使用频率较高、洗涤+运输单价较高、单张使用费用较高、2年所花总费用较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用一次性无纺布包装无菌物品相比于传统棉布包装所使用的费用更低,有利于降低科室成本。Objective To explore and analyze the use cost of sterile articles and disposable non-woven fabrics of traditional cotton cloth. Methods The traditional cotton cloth used in the operation room from December 2014 to December 2016 was selected as the control group. The disposable nonwoven fabric used in the same period was selected as the observation group, and the cost of the two groups was compared. Results Compared with the observation group, the cotton packaging products had lower unit price, higher average frequency of use, higher washing and transportation price, higher use cost of single leaf, higher total cost in 2 years, and statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of disposable non-woven packaging of sterile items compared to the traditional cotton packaging used by the lower cost, is conducive to reducing the cost of the department, worthy of promotion.
