摘　　要：目的探讨老年人鼻出血患者的临床护理措施。方法选取2015年1月—2016年6月收治的老年人鼻出血患者60例,对临床护理措施进行分析。结果 60例老年人鼻出血患者出血因素复杂,采用不同方法治疗及护理,住院期间未发生并发症,均治愈出院。结论根据老年人鼻出血的特点,给予周到细致的临床观察和护理,能够减少并发症的发生。Objective To explore the clinical nursing measures of elderly patients with epistaxis. Methods 60 cases of elderly patients with epistaxis treated from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected for clinical nursing analysis. Results 60 cases of elderly patients with epistaxis bleeding factors complicated, the use of different methods of treatment and care, no complications during hospitalization were cured. Conclusion According to the characteristics of nasal bleeding in the elderly, to give thoughtful and meticulous clinical observation and care to reduce the incidence of complications.
