66例慢性肾小球肾炎患者中医辨证分型治疗的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性肾小球肾炎患者最佳的护理方法。方法:将本院2014年3月-2015年9月期间收治的132例慢性肾小球肾炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各66例。对照组患者采取传统的护理方法,观察组患者进行中西医结合护理,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:从24 h尿蛋白定量、肾功能、生活质量评分和康复效果4方面进行比较,观察组患者均取得更为理想的效果,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性肾小球肾炎患者,采取中西医结合的护理方法,效果显著。Objective：To explore the best nursing method for patients with chronic glomerulonephritis.Method：132 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis in our hospital from March 2014 to September 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,66 cases in each group.The control group received traditional nursing method.The patients in the observation group were given integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing method.Result：After nursing for 2 months,compared the 24 h urinary protein,renal function, quality of life score and rehabilitation effect of two groups,the observation group achieved more ideal effect,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）Conclusion：In patients with chronic glomerulonephritis,takes the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing method,the effect is remarkable.
