摘 要:目的:探讨不同教养方式对婴儿早期智力发育的影响,并分析对婴儿早期智力发育的影响因素。方法:选取2015年2月-2016年2月在本院接受健康体检的110例婴儿作为研究对象,对婴儿的智力发育情况进行评估,并应用调查问卷对家属的相关资料进行调查,分析影响婴儿早期智力发育的相关因素。结果:本次研究的110例婴儿的发育商数中适应能力为(92.4±8.1)、大运动为(87.8±8.4)、精细动作为(89.5±7.2)、语言为(114.6±12.1)、社交为(96.4±7.9),其中语言和社交的发育商数明显高于大运动、精细动作、适应能力等方面;影响婴儿早期智力发育的因素有父母文化程度、早期教育开始时间、户外活动时间、运动机会、家庭教育方式等,且呈正相关性。结论:不同教养方式对婴儿早期智力发育有明显影响,其中影响婴儿早期智力发育的因素有父母文化程度、早期教育开始时间、家庭教育方式等。Objective:To explore the effect of different rearing styles on early infantile intelligence development and to analyze the influencing factors of early infant intelligence development.Method:From January 2015 to February 2016,110 infants who received healthy physical examination in our hospital were selected as the subjects.The mental development of infants was evaluated,the relevant data of the family were investigated and the effect factors of early childhood intelligence development was analyzed.Result:The adaptive capacity of 110 infants was(92.4±8.1),the movement was(87.8±8.4),the fine action was(89.5±7.2),the language was(114.6±12.1) and the social(96.4±7.9),among which the development quota of language and social development was significantly higher than that of big movement,fine action and adaptability.The influencing factors of infant mental development were parents’ educational level,early education start time,outdoor activity time,sports opportunities, family education,etc.andthey were positively correlated.Conclusion:Different ways of parenting have obvious influence on the early development of infantile intelligence.Among them,the factors influencing the early development of infant are the educational level of parents,the beginning of early education and the way of family education.
