食管、胃双源癌外科治疗的研究进展

摘　　要：食管、胃双源癌是指食管、胃同时发生的位置独立的原发肿瘤。因肿瘤切除后消化道重建存在困难,临床上对食管癌合并胃癌患者的治疗,大多采用非手术治疗方案。本文结合临床经验以及阅读文献报道,将临床上对于食管癌合并胃癌的外科手术治疗予以综述,对于不同部位的食管、胃双源癌,选择不同的手术入路以及重建消化道的器官,从而做到手术治疗胃食管双源癌。Esophageal and gastric cancer refers to the location independent primary tumor of the esophagus and stomach.Reconstruction of digestive tract after tumor resection is difficult,clinical treatment of patients with esophageal cancer and gastric cancer,most used non surgical treatm ent.This paper based on the clinical experience and reading reports,summarize the surgical treatment of esophageal cancer and gastric cancer in clinic.For different parts of the concurrent cancer of esophagus and stomach cancers,choosing a different surgical approach and reconstruction of digestive organs to make the surgical treatment of esophageal and gastric cancer.
