右旋糖酐铁间断补铁法对营养性缺铁性贫血患儿的临床治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探讨右旋糖酐铁间断补铁法在小儿营养性缺铁性贫血治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2012年10月~2016年5月我院收治的300例营养性缺铁性贫血儿童,将其随机分为治疗组150例和对照组150例,治疗组给予右旋糖酐铁口服液间断口服治疗,对照组给予右旋糖酐铁每日连续口服治疗。治疗6周后,比较两组患儿的临床疗效、不良反应情况、血红蛋白、血清铁、网织红细胞水平及治疗费用。结果治疗后,治疗组的总有效率(98.2%)高于对照组(88.0%),不良反应发生率(12.7%)低于对照组(44.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患儿治疗后的血红蛋白、血清铁及网织红细胞水平均较治疗前有所提高,且治疗组患儿的血红蛋白、血清铁水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患儿的治疗费用[(102.00±11.00)元]低于对照组[(260.00±27.00)元],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论间断补铁法口服右旋糖酐铁口服液,用于临床治疗小儿缺铁性贫血效果显著,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of intermittently taking iron dextran oral liquid（IDOL） on pediatric nutritional iron deficiency（NIDA） therapy.Methods 300 cases of NIDA children who were admitted into our hospital from October 2012 to May 2016 were selected and divided into experiment group（150 cases） which treated with IDOL intermittently and control group（150 cases） which treated with IDOL continuously.After six weeks, the clinical effects,adverse reaction and the levels of hemoglobin,serum iron and reticulocyte of patients between two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the incidence of experimental group（98.2%） was higher than that of control group（88.0%）,the incidence of adverse reaction（12.7%） was lower than that of control group（44.7%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The levels of hemoglobin,serum iron and reticulocyte of patients in two groups were all improved after treatment,and the levels of hemoglobin,serum iron were higher than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The treatment cost in experiment group [（260.00±27.00）Yuan] was lower than in control group [（102.00±11.00）Yuan],and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Intermittently take IDOL has a good effect and less adverse reaction on pediatric NIDA,and it is worth to be recommanded in clinic.
