喉动态镜下会厌囊肿低温射频消融术与传统支撑喉镜手术临床应用对比

摘　　要：目的对比喉动态镜下低温射频消融术与传统支撑喉镜治疗会厌囊肿的临床效果。方法选取2015年4月~2016年6月我院收治的90例会厌囊肿患者为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为两组,各45例。对照组采用传统支撑喉镜治疗,观察组采用喉动态镜下低温射频消融术治疗,对比两组手术情况、会厌囊肿评分、并发症发生率及复发情况。结果观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量及术后痊愈时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前两组会厌囊肿评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,观察组会厌囊肿评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率及复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与传统支撑喉镜相比,喉动态镜低温射频消融术具有术后愈合快、并发症少、复发率低、对周围组织损伤较小等特点,在临床应用中值得推广。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of low-temperature radiofrequency ablation under laryngostroboscope and traditional laryngoscope in the treatment of epiglottic cyst.Methods 90 patients with epiglottic cyst admitted into our hospital from April 2015 to June 2016 were selected as research object and randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each group.Control group took traditional laryngoscope,while observation group took low-temperature radiofrequency ablation under laryngost roboscope.The surgery situation,epiglottic cyst score,incidence of complications and recurrence of two groups were compared.Results The surgery time,intra-operative bleeding volume and postoperative recovery time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the epiglottic cyst score between two groups before surgery（P〉0.05）;the epiglottic cyst score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after surgery（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications and recurrence rate between two groups（P 〉0.05）.Conclusion Compared with traditional laryngoscope,low-temperature radiofrequency ablation under laryngostroboscope has quick postoperative healing,less complications,low recurrence rate,smaller tissue damage,which is worthy of generalization in clinical application.
