摘　　要：高校辅导员是做好大学生心理健康教育工作,培育大学生形成良好的心理健康意识的一支重要力量。本文旨在阐明高校大学生心理健康意识培养的现状,并试图找出解决问题的对策,为高校辅导员做好大学生心理健康教育工作出谋划策。College counselors is an important force to do a good job of college students′ mental health education and cultivate good mental health consciousness. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the current situation of college students mental health awareness, and try to find out the countermeasures to solve the problem, working for the psychological health education of college counselors.
