摘 要:介绍了一种水压插装式三位四通电磁换向阀的工作原理,建立了水介质条件下插装式电磁换向阀的AMESim仿真模型,通过仿真优化得到插装式电磁换向阀的最优结构参数及其动态特性曲线,并加工出原理样机进行了试验研究。试验与仿真结果基本相符,证明该水压换向阀具有高压、大流量、响应速度快等特点,可广泛应用于海洋探索、海洋开发、海水淡化等领域。The working principle of water hydraulic cartridge three-position four-way directional valve is intro- duced. We establishe the AMESim simulation model of directional valve under water medium conditions, obtain the optimal structural parameters and dynamic characteristic curve of the directional valve through simulation, and build and test the principle prototype through the experimental study. The results show that its rated pressure is 14 MPa, the rated flow rate is 160 L/min, the dynamic opening response time is 109 ms, and the closing time is 128 ms. The experiment and simulation results are basically consistent, which proves that the hydraulic directional valve has characters of high pressure and large flow, fast response characteristics. This valve can be widely used in ocean ex- ploration and exploitation of marine, seawater desalination and other fields.
