柴胡疏肝散加减治疗斑秃的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析应用柴胡舒肝散加减治疗斑秃的临床疗效。方法选择我院收治的153例斑秃患者作为研究对象。按照患者的就诊时间为患者排号,运用随机数字表法,将其分为两组,对照组为基础治疗加养血生发胶囊治疗,观察组为基础治疗加柴胡舒肝散辩证加减,比较两组患者疗效。结果观察组总有效率和生活质量评分总体均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用柴胡舒肝散加减治疗斑秃疗效显著。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of chaihu shugan powder in the treatmect of alopecia areara. Methods 153 patients with alopecia areata were randomly divided into two groups by using a random number table. The control group was treated with yangxue shengfa capsule, and the observation group was treated with the dialectical addition and subtraction of chaihu shugan powder two groups of efficacy. Results The total effective rate and quality of life of the obserwtion group were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Chaihu shugan pnwder has obvious curative effect on alopecia areata and it is worthy to be popularized.
