规范化护理管理对造口患者护理效果的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析规范化护理管理对伤口造口患者的护理效果,并对护理效果作出评价。方法选取我院收治的70例伤口造口患者作为研究对象,将其分为两组。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施规范化护理管理,比较两种方法对护理效果的影响。结果观察组患者造口相关知识、技能知晓合格率与造口袋更换能力合格率均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意叉(P<0.05)。结论规范化护理管理对伤口造口患者有很好的护理效果,消除了患者及家属更换造口袋的顾虑,更加积极参加造口的自我护理,提高了正确更换能力。Objective To analyze the nursing effect of standardized nursing management on wonnd stoma patients, and evaluate the nursing effect. Methods 70 cases of patients with wound stoma were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing. The patients in the observation group were treated with standardized nursing management, and the effects of the two methods on the nursing effect were compared. Results Patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group in terms of the knowledge and skills related to wound colostomy knowledge and the ability of wound stoma replacement, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） . The satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The standardized nursing management has good nursing effect on wound stoma patients, eliminating the concerns of patients and their families to change their mouths, and more actively participate in the self-care of stoma and improve the correct replacement ability.
