摘　　要：目的探讨两种不同排班模式对肾内科护士工作的影响,以期提高工作效率。方法通过本病区护士调查问卷及患者满意度调查进行分析。结果新排班模式从工作效率、护理质量、护士责任心、优质服务、护士满意度均优于传统排班模式(以下简称旧排班模式)。结论新排班模式明显提高了护理工作主动性、有效性,提高了患者对护理工作的满意与肯定,新排班模式优于旧排班模式,更大限度的利用人力资源,更符合科室的科学发展。Objective To explore the effect of two different scheduling modes on the work of renal nurses in order to improve the working efficiency. Methods The nurses＇ questionnaire and the patient satisfaction survey were analyzed. Results The new scheduling mode from the work efficiency, quality of care, nurses responsibility, quality service, nurses satisfaction were better than the traditional scheduling mode （ hereinafter referred to as the old scheduling mode ） . Conclusion The new scheduling mode significantly improved the initiative and effectiveness of nursing work, improved patient satisfaction and affirmation of nursing work, the new scheduling mode is better than the old scheduling mode, the greater use of human resources, more in line with the department The scientific development.
