细节护理对尿毒症血液透析患者并发症及生活质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨细节护理对尿毒症血液透析患者并发症及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院收治的尿毒症血液透析患者66例作为研究对象,并将其分为两组。研究组采取细节护理,对照组实行常规护理干预,对比两组患者并发症以及生活质量。结果研究组患者并发症发生率、生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论细节护理在尿毒症血液透析患者护理中的应用效果显著,可降低其并发症发生率,并提升其生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of fine nursing on complications and quality of life in hemodialysis patients with uremia. Methods 66 cases of uremic hemodialysis patients in our hospital were selected as the research object, and they were divided into two groups. The study group took detailed care, the control group received routine nursing intervention, the complications and quality of life were compared between two groups. Results The incidence of complications and quality of life scores in the study group were better than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The effect of detail nursing in the nursing of patients with uremia hemodialysis can be reduced, and the incidence of complications can be reduced, and improve their quality of life.
