10例应用GnRH泵治疗低促性腺激素性性腺功能减退症的护理分析

摘　　要：目的 总结10例低促性腺激素性性腺功能减退症患者应用GnRH脉冲泵治疗的护理体会。方法 选取2014年8月~2016年7月就诊于我院10例HH患者作为研究对象。经知情同意,所有患者应用GnRH脉RH中泵治疗,并进行门诊和电话随访至少3个月。总结患者使用GnRκH脉冲泵治疗过程中出现的护理问题及解决方法 。结果 在GnRH脉冲泵治疗过程中,患者出现的护理问题有：担忧治疗效果、是否能正确操作GnRH脉冲泵、对日常生活影响和个人隐私泄露;治疗过程中出现局部皮肤的不良反应。经护士宣教和指导GnRH脉冲泵的使用,以及定期门诊和电话随访,9例患者均能克服上述护理问题并正常使用GnRH泵治疗;有1例患者仅因皮疹严重3个月后停用GnRH脉冲泵。结论 患者在GnRH脉冲泵治疗过程中护士正确的宣教和及时规律的随访,特别是指导患者对置管部位局部皮肤的正确护理,有助于患者治疗顺利进行。Objective To sunnnarize tile nursing experience of l I） patients with love gouadotropin hypogonadism treated with GnRH pulsed pump. Methods From August 2014 to July 2016, informed consent, 10 cases with HH used of GnI~.H pulse pnmp treatment in our hospital, and outpatient and telephone follow-up for at least 3 mouths. To sunnnarize the nursing problems and solutions in the treatment of patients with GnRH pulse pump. Results GnRH pulse pump treatment process, the patient＇s nursing problems are ： concern about the effect of treatment, whether the correct operation of the GnRH pulse pump, the impact on daily life and personal privacy disclosure, local skin adverse reactions during treatment. The application of GnRH pulse pump by nurses, regular outpatient and telephone fonow-up, q patients were able to overcome the above problems and use GnRH pump treatment. There were 1 patient who had not received GnI1.H pulse pump after severe skin rash for 3 months. Conclusion The correct education and regular follow-up of patients in the course of GuRH pulse pump treatment, in particular, to guide the patient to the local nursing care of local skin, which contribute to the smooth treatment of patients.
