精准扶贫背景下农业高校图书馆社会服务功能研究

摘　　要：农业高校图书馆拥有丰富涉农信息资源,与中国现阶段精准扶贫工作中旺盛的农业信息需求形成良好的供需互补。为充分发挥农业高校图书馆在精准扶贫中的功能,四川农业大学图书馆结合自身特点,以综合农业信息需求服务为导向,通过构建综合服务平台进行信息推送及跟踪服务实践,为精准扶贫过程中"造血"功能的实现提供了有效的信息资源保障,提升了精准扶贫工作效果,也为中国农业高校图书馆拓展新的社会服务功能与作用提供有益的参考。Agricultural university library owns abundant information resource in agriculture area, which can meet the information needs of accurate poverty alleviation. In order to well participate in the poverty alleviation, Library of Sichuan Agricultural University substantially established a comprehensive service platform for information push and tracing by combining with its characteristics and comprehensive agricultural information needs, which provided efficient information resource guarantee for the inner-development of accurate poverty alleviation, improved the work efficiency, as well as offered some necessary reference to broaden social service function of agricultural universities in China.
