摘　　要：文章分析了企业对跨境电子商务的人才培养需求现状及高职跨境电商人才培养的目标和路径,研究了基于专业融合的高职跨境电商专业课程体系,提出了"大平台、小核心、多拓展、活模块"高职跨境电商人才培养课程体系,从而推动高职院校跨境电商的专业建设,促进跨境电商的人才培养。This article analyzes the present situation of enterprise＇s need for cultivating cross-border e-com- merce talents, and the objectives and routes for cultivating higher vocational cross-border e-commerce talents. It carries out research on the curriculum system of cross-border e-commerce talents based on professional integra- tion, and puts forward the curriculum system of ＂Large Platform, Small Core, Multi Development, and Flexible Module＂, with the aims to promote specialty construction of higher vocational cross-border e-commerce talents, and facilitate cultivating cross-border e-commerce talents.
