四准备两配合质量标准关键词提示法在腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术护理配合中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨四准备两配合质量标准关键词提示法在腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术护理配合中的应用效果。方法:选择2015年4~12月于我院行腹腔镜治疗的直肠癌患者48例作为对照组,2016年1~9月于我院行腹腔镜治疗的直肠癌患者48例作为观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组将四准备两配合质量标准关键词提示法应用于腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术护理配合实践之中,比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、并发症发生情况和手术医师、护士满意度。结果:观察组患者手术耗时短于对照组(P<0.05),术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05),手术相关性并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),应用四准备两配合质量标准关键词后医护人员对护理方式满意度评分均高于应用前(P<0.05)。结论:将四准备两配合质量标准关键词提示法应用于腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术护理配合实践之中,有利于提高手术效率、手术安全性和医护人员满意度。Objective ： To discuss the application effect of keyword promoting method of four - preparation and two - cooperation quality criteria in nursing cooperation of laparoscopic radical resection of rectal carcinoma. Methods ： Selected 48 patients receiving laparoscopie radical resection of rectal carcinoma in our hospital from April to December 2015 as the control group, and 48 patients receiving laparoscopic radical resection of rectal carcinoma in our hospital from January to September 2016 as the observation group, where conventional nursing was given to the patients in the control group, and for the patients in the control group, the keyword promoting method of four - preparation and two - cooperation quality criteria was applied in the nursing cooperation practice of laparoscopic radical resection of rectal carcinoma, and patients in the two groups were compared in operation time, bleeding amount during operation, oc- I curring of complications and satisfaction of operating doctors and nurses. Results ： The operation time of patients in the observation group was shorter than that of patients in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, bleeding amount during operation of patients in the observation group was lower than that of patients in the con- trol group （P 〈 0.05 ） , and the incidence rate of operation related complications was lower than that of patients in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） , and after the application of keyword promoting method of four - preparation and two - cooperation quality criteria, the score of satisfaction of medical and nursing per- sonnel to the nursing method was higher than that before application （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The application of keyword promoting method of four - prepa- ration and two - cooperation quality criteria in the nursing cooperation practice of laparoscopic radical resection of rectal carcinoma could improve the opera- tion efficiency, operation safety and satisfaction of the medical and nursing personnel.
