不同浓度安多福在眼科手术前冲洗的对比研究

摘　　要：目的:通过两种不同浓度安多福消毒液用于眼科手术前冲洗结膜囊的对比,找出一种既具有清洁、消毒结膜囊作用且刺激性小的眼科冲洗液。方法:排除局部及全身炎症反应,将需行眼科手术的患者65例80眼,按眼数随机等分为试验组(0.005%的安多福)和对照组(0.05%的安多福)。并于冲洗后、术后次日分别对两组病例的结膜充血情况、患者自觉症状、结膜囊细菌培养情况,术后角膜荧光染色情况进行比较观察。结果:两组病例细菌培养、体温、角膜损伤比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组冲洗眼后、术后次日结膜充血情况、患者自觉症状均好于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用0.005%的安多福消毒液作为眼科术前结膜囊冲洗液,可减轻患者眼部不适,又能抑菌抗感染,是眼科冲洗液中最适合的浓度。Objective ： To compare the application of two Anduofu disinfectants of different concentrations in rinsing of conjunctival sac before operation, so as to find out a ophthalmological flushing fluid with the function of cleaning and disinfecting conjunctival sac and low irritability. Methods ： Upon local and general inflammation reactions, 80 eyes of 65 patients urgent to receive ophthalmological operation were equally divided into test group （0. 005 % Anduofu） and control group （0.05 % Anduofu） at random according to the number of eyes, and comparative observation was made on the eonjunctival congestion, pa- tients＇ subjective symptoms, conjunctival sac bacterial culture after rinsing and on the next day after operation, and the corneal fluoreseein staining after af- ter operation of cases in the two groups. Results ： The difference of cases in the two groups was not statistically significant upon the comparison of bacterial culture, body temperature and corneal injury （P 〉0.05）. The conjunctival congestion, patients＇ subjective symptoms of the test group after eye rinsing and on the next day after operation were better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Using 0. 005% Anduofu disinfectant as the flushing fluid of conjunctival sac before ophthalmological operation could both reduce the patients＇ eye discomfort and inhibit the bacterial infection, and it was the most appropriate concentration in ophthalmological flushing fluid.
