三特三化延续护理管理模式在急性白血病患儿维持治疗期中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨三特三化延续护理管理模式在急性白血病患儿维持治疗期中的应用效果。方法:选择2015年1~12月我院行维持化疗的急性白血病患儿80例,随机等分为试验组和对照组,对照组施以常规延续护理,试验组施以三特三化延续护理管理,比较两组接受不同延续护理管理后各相关指标方面的差异性。结果:试验组患儿家长干预后疾病自我管理效能和自我护理能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组患儿干预后生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用三特三化延续护理管理模式对急性白血病维持治疗期患儿实施干预,可明显提高该类患儿家长疾病管理自我效能和疾病自我护理能力,提升急性白血病患儿维持治疗期生活质量。Objective：To discuss the application effect of three - characteristic continued nursing management model in maintenance treatment period of child patients with acute leukemia. Methods：Selected 80 child patients with leukemia receiving maintenance chemotherapy in our hospital from January to December 2015, and they were equally divided into experimental group and control group at random, where conventional continued nursing was implemen- ted for the child patients in the control group, and three - characteristic continued nursing management was implemented for the child patients in the experi- mental group ; and child patients in the two groups were compared in difference of relevant indicators after receiving different continued management models. Results ： After intervention, the scores of self - disease management and self - nursing capability of parents of child patients in the experimental group were higher than those of parents of child patients in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the score of life quality of child patients in the experimental group was higher than that of child patients in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Intervention of child patients with acute leukemia in the maintenance treatment peri- od with the three - characteristic continued nursing management model could significantly improve the self - disease management efficacy and self - disease nursing capabilities of parents of child patients with such disease and improve the life quality of child patients with acute leukemia in the maintenance treat- ment period.
