摘　　要：考虑到技术的动态性、过程性和应用性,学界一度否认"技术本身"的存在。从技术存在的多种形态出发,笔者认为"技术本身"在有限的意义上是可以成立的。"技术本身"概念向我们揭示了一个广阔的研究领域,技术哲学必须对"人工自然"中各种人造物的结构、功能、范型及其演变进行分析,从中提炼、概括出具有一般意义的概念、方法与原理,这是学科发展的内在要求,是"接地气"的基础性工作,而非静止的、脱离语境的形而上学立场。从"技术本身"概念出发可以对"技术中性论"问题、"技术异化"问题、技术控制问题、技术创新管理等理论与实践问题有新的思路和解答。Considering the dynamic process and application of technology, researchers used to deny the existence of ＂technology-in-itself＂. In view of technology＇ s diverse modalities I argue that the concept of ＂technology- in-itself＂ is tenable in some sense. The concept of ＂technology-in-itself＂ discloses a wide research field to us. Philosophy of technology should face ＂man-made nature＂ and analyze the structure, function, type and evolution of artifacts so as to abstract universal concepts, methods and principles. This work is necessary for the academic development and is basic to research of philosophy of technology. Acknowledging the concept of ＂technology-in-itself＂ isn＇ t the static and de-context viewpoint of metaphysics. If we establish the concept of ＂technology-in-itself＂ several traditional academic issues such as technology neutralism, technology alienation, technology control, technology innovation management, etc. could acquire new thought ways and be solved appropriately.
