摘 要:酚类物质的广泛用使其成为水体、沉积物以及水生生物体等环境介质中普遍检出的有机污染物,引起公众极大的关注。目前,关于藻类在酚类物质污染修复方面的研究工作取得了重要进展。文章综述了藻生物质吸附剂生物吸附和活藻生物富集、转化及降解酚类物质的最新研究动态,比较分析了吸附、降解2种去除途径的特性、影响因素和机理,并对固定化藻和藻菌混合体的应用、降解途径、吸附机理等方面的研究趋势进行了展望。Phenolic compounds as water pollutants, also found in sediments and aquatic organisms, have drawn public concerns nowadays. This paper reviewed the latest research progress in the areas of bioremediation of phenolic compounds especially by algae with respect to biosorption, bioaccumulation, biotransformation and biodegradation of phenolic compounds in environment by living and non-living algae biosorbents. Moreover, comparative analyses in terms of the speciflcities, influential factors and mechanisms of both biosorption and biodegradation processes were done; and the trends of studies on the fields such as application of immobilized algae and algae-bacteria consortium, as well as the mechanism of biosorption and biodegradation were prospected.
