摘  要:为了研究硒蛋白粉对小鼠生长性能、血液生化指标和全血硒含量的影响,试验选择体重在23 g左右的健康清洁级昆明小鼠20只(雌、雄各半),随机分为对照组和硒蛋白粉组。对照组饲喂普通全价日粮,其中添加亚硒酸钠(每克日粮中含硒0.1μg),硒蛋白粉组饲喂相同普通全价日粮,以硒蛋白粉替代亚硒酸钠添加于日粮中(每克日粮中含硒0.1μg),试验期为21 d。结果表明:硒蛋白粉组小鼠生长性能、脏器指数、血液生化各项指标与对照组相比差异均不显著(P>0.05);硒蛋白粉组小鼠的全血硒含量与对照组相比显著提高(P<0.05)。说明硒蛋白粉对小鼠的生长性能、脏器指数、血液生化指标均无显著影响(P>0.05),而能显著增加全血硒含量(P<0.05)。The current study was conducted to investigate the effects of selenium protein powder on growth performance, the biochemistry indexes and selenium content were test in blood in mice. Twenty healthy SD mice, average body weight 23 g, were randomly divided into two groups, control group and selenium protein powder group. In control group, mice were fed by basal diet adding with sodium selenite 0.1μg/g. In sele-nium protein powder group, mice were fed with basal diet adding with selenium protein powder 0.1μg/g instesad of sodium selenite. The ex- periment was carried out for 21 days. The results showed that in selenium protein powder group, the growth performance, visceral index and blood biochemistry indices of mice has no significant difference when compared with control group( P 〉 0.05 ), while the selenium content in blood was significant higher than that of control group( P 〈 0.05 ). These data demonstrated that the Selenium protein powder had no adverse effects on the growth performance( P 〉 0.05 ), viscera index and blood biochemical in mice, but could significantly increase the selenium content in whole blood ( P 〈 0.05 ).
