摘　　要：为提升高速铁路夕发朝至列车的吸引力,选取高速铁路夕发朝至列车旅客作为调查对象,从旅客的基本属性、出行意愿、选择偏好、旅客来源等方面进行问卷调查,分析高速铁路夕发朝至列车旅客群体特征,并采用卡方检验和方差分析对高速铁路夕发朝至列车进行竞争力分析。根据分析结果,提出全周开行高速铁路夕发朝至列车、合理确定列车始发终到时间和动车组速度等级、引入收益管理、监测既有客运产品客流等高速铁路夕发朝至列车客运产品设计建议。To increase the attraction of high-speed railway night trains, the passengers of the night trains takes questionnaire as the investigation objects in the aspects of passengers＇ basic attribute, travel intent, choice preference and passenger resource. This paper analyzes the passenger characteristics and the competitiveness of the night trains through chi square test and variance analysis. Based on analysis results above, the paper puts forward the suggestions on designing passenger transportation products of the night trains, such as operating the night trains from Monday to Sunday, reasonably confirming the arrival-departure time and EMU speed level, using income management and monitoring the passenger flow of the existing products.
