部队肺结核预防控制工作综合评价

摘　　要：目的采用综合评价方法对部队肺结核的防控工作进行评价,以了解10个部队的肺结核防控情况并验证综合评价方法的科学性和适用性。方法利用肺结核风险指标体系对10个部队(部队编号为A-J)肺结核预防控制相关数据进行采集。采用秩和比法、TOPSIS法及二者模糊联合法,对肺结核防控效果进行综合评价,并将排序结果进行比较。结果秩和比法得出的肺结核防治工作优劣排序为:E>G>A>I>J>D>B>F>H>C;TOPSIS法的优劣排序为:E>G>J>I>A>B>D>F>H>C;二者加权模糊联合法的排序结果为:E>G>A>I>J>B>D>F>H>C。3种排序结果高度相关,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论3种综合评价方法在本研究中均具有合理性、有效性和科学性。依据我们构建的指标体系得出的综合评价结果可以直观地观察各部队防控肺结核工作的运行情况,及时查找各部队肺结核预防控制过程中的不足之处,以便及时改进。Objective To compare the effect of tuberculosis control and prevention in ten military units in order to verify the scientific validity and applicability of comprehensive evaluation methods. Methods Data on tuberculosis prevention and control in ten military units（ numbered from A to J） was collected through the indicator system. Prevention and control effect in three ar- eas was evaluated by TOPSIS, RSR and fuzzy set method. Results According to RSR, the best effect of prevention was achieved in unit E, followed by,G, A, I, J, D, B, F, H and C. According to TOPSIS, unit E ranked first, followed by G, J, I, A, B, D, F, H, and C. Based on fuzzy set, the best unit was also unit E, followed by G, A, I, J, B, D, F, H and C. The three re- suits were highly correlated and of statistical significance （P〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion The three comprehensive evaluation methods used in this study are all well-grounded, effective and scientific. The resuhs of comprehensive evaluation of TB based on the indi- cator system we have established can reveal the real effect of TB control and prevention in military forces and help find problems with this work.
