摘 要:目的调查某部一条坑道在人员进驻状态下为期一个月的空气微生物分布规律,为制订针对性防护措施提供参考。方法利用固体培养基对洞口(对照1)、通风口(对照2)、住宿区A1、住宿区A2、工作区、就餐区、厕所7个点位分时段(9时、13时、19时、1时)进行29 d连续采样培养和检测。结果该坑道空气微生物总体分布90~1620 cfu/m^3,平均分布276~489 cfu/m^3,受人员活动、通风状况、内部构造等影响。洞口处空气微生物分布整体最低,平均172 cfu/m^3;通风口在通风状态下微生物分布整体最高,平均1181 cfu/m^3;人员活动区域中空气微生物分布规律:住宿区A1>住宿区A2>工作区>厕所>就餐区。结论坑道内空气微生物含量与人员进驻时间无明显关系,人员活动区域中空气微生物分布住宿区>工作区>厕所>就餐区,但总体未超过室内空气标准要求。Objective To investigate the distribution of air microorganisms in a tunnel of a special institution with person- nel presence for one month so as to provide reference for formulating specificmeasures of protection. Methods The sample, cul- ture and detection of air microorganisms were carried out via solid media. There were seven sites involved, including the entrance to the tunnel ( control 1 ), ventilation opening ( control 2), residential section A1, residential section A2, workspace, dining section and toilet, which were monitored at 1:00, 9:00, 13:00 and 19:00 every day for 29 days. Results The distribution of air microorganisms was affected by human activities, ventilation, and the internal structure of the tunnel. The population distribution was 90 - 1620 cfu/m3 , and the average distribution was 276-489 cfu/m3. The lowest distribution averaged 172 cfu/m3 at the en- trance while the highest distribution averaged 1181 cfu/m3 at the ventilation opening at workplace. The distribution of air microorganisms in areas for human activities was the highest in residential section A1, followed by residential section A2 , workspace , the toilet, and dining section. Conclusion The content of air microorganisms in the tunnel is positively correlated with personnel presence time. Air microorganisms in areas for human activities are the most prevalent in residential sections, followed by workspace, the toilet and the dining section, but the content does not exceed the standard for the indoor air.
