泰州市适龄儿童国家免疫规划疫苗接种率分析

摘　　要：目的分析泰州市各市(区)以乡(镇、街道)为单位适龄儿童国家免疫规划疫苗接种情况。方法应用批质量保证抽样(LQAS)方法确定每个乡(镇、街道)调查42名2~3岁儿童,随机抽取适龄儿童开展入户调查。描述性分析、定性评价全市各市(区)以乡(镇、街道)为单位国家免疫规划疫苗接种率≥90%情况。结果共抽查到7个市(区)的7个乡(镇、街道)35个行政村294名2~3岁适龄儿童,儿童预防接种证持有率100%,儿童预防接种信息系统管理率100%。泰兴市黄桥42名2~3岁适龄儿童的乙脑疫苗第2剂次、甲肝疫苗第1和第2剂次接种率<90%,其余6个乡(镇、街道)2~3岁适龄儿童疫苗接种率均≥90%。海陵区城东、高新区寺巷、兴化市顾庄、靖江市新桥4个乡(镇、街道)麻风疫苗及时率<90%,高港区胡庄、兴化市顾庄、泰兴市黄桥3个乡(镇、街道)麻腮风疫苗及时率<90%,接种证疫苗接种日期和信息系统疫苗接种日期一致率仅高新区寺巷、姜堰区溱潼2个乡(镇、街道)达到100%。结论泰州市大部分地区适龄儿童国家免疫规划疫苗免疫接种率保持在较高水平,但接种率不达标的地区依然存在,免疫规划基础管理工作仍需加强。Objective To analyze immunization coverage of the national immunization program vaccines for selected age groups of children at the township level in Taizhou.Methods Using lot quality assurance sampling（LQAS）,forty-two children aged 2 to 3 were randomly sampled from each township and investigated with household interviews to determine whether the immunization coverage of eligible children attained the national goal of≥90%.Results A total of 294 children aged 2 to 3 were selected from thirty-five villages in seven townships in seven districts.100%of these children had vaccination cards and had their vaccination information entered the managment system.The immunization coverage rate of JEV（second injection）and HAV（first,second injection）was 90%in Huangqiao township in Taixing.In the rest of townships,the immunization coverage rate was≥90%.The rate of timely immunization（RTI）of MR was〈90%in four townships（Chengdong in Hailing,Sixiang in the High-tech Zone,Guzhuang in Xinghua,Xinqiao in Jingjiang）.In three townships（Huzhuang in Gaogang,Guzhuang in Xinghua,Huangqiao in Taixing）,the RTI of MMR was〈90%.Only in two townships（Sixiang in the High-tech Zone and Qintong in Jiangyan）did the date of immunization on the cards match the records.Conclusion The immunization coverage rates are quite high in most parts of Taizhoua,but there are some townships with an immunization coverage rate of less than 90%.The management and quality of immunization should be strengthened.
