某部队院校干部体检结果分析及应对策略

摘　　要：目的了解某部队院校干部身体健康现状和主要健康问题,为制定健康管理策略和促进措施提供依据。方法对该校320名干部进行全面健康状况检查,并对体检结果进行统计分析。结果存在体检项目异常的干部共221人(69.06%),未检出任何异常项目的健康干部为99人(30.94%)。疾病或异常项目检出率前5位依次是:脂代谢异常(25.31%)、高尿酸血症(20.31%)、甲状腺结节病变(16.25%)、脂肪肝(9.06%)、超重或肥胖(8.13%)。脂代谢异常、甲状腺结节病变、高尿酸血症在不同年龄段干部中检出率不同,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。36~45岁男性与46~60岁女性为甲状腺结节病变的高发人群。结论与生活、行为方式有关的脂代谢异常、高尿酸血症等已成为影响该部队院校干部健康的主要疾病。甲状腺结节病变为本次体检中新发现的检出率较高疾病,可能与该校驻地饮用水中碘含量低有关。定期进行健康体检,开展健康教育,对该人群生活行为方式进行干预具有必要性。Objective To investigate the health status of and major health problems with some officers at a military college and provide evidence for health management strategies and measures of improvement.Methods Comprehensive physical examinations were conducted among 320 officers of the college,and the results were analyzed.Results A total of 221（69.06%）people had at least one abnormality,while 99（30.94%）people didn＇t have any.The top five abnormalities detected were metabolic disorder of lipids（25.31%）,hyperuricemia（20.31%）,thyroid nodular lesion（16.25%）,fatty liver（9.06%）,and overweight or obesity（8.13%）.The detection rates of hyperlipidemia,thyroid nodular lesion and hyperuricemia were significantly different between different age groups（P〈0.05）.Men aged 36 to 45 and women aged 46 to 60 were the high risk populations for thyroid nodular lesion.Conclusion Lifestyle and behavior related diseases,such as metabolic disorder of lipids and hyperuricemia have become the main health problems for the officers of the military college.Thyroid nodular lesion is a newly detected disease of high prevalence rate during this physical examination,which may be associated with the low level of local water iodine.It is necessary to conduct regular physical examinations,health education,and behavior intervention among the people.
