暑期北戴河某警卫部队官兵消极情绪调节期待量表调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨暑期北戴河某警卫部队不同层次官兵情绪状态、消极情绪调节期待及其影响因素。方法半随机挑选202名暑期北戴河某部执勤警卫官兵,进行消极情绪调节期待量表中文版(Chinese Version of Neyative Mood Regulation Expectoncies Scale,NMRE-C)测评并收集一般资料,数据结果对比中国国内大学生常模进行统计学分析。结果(1)该警卫部队两组NMRE-C得分均显著高于国内大学生常模(P<0.05),暑期抽调来北戴河人员得分高于常驻北戴河人员得分(P<0.05);(2)职务、军龄、自评性格得分无明显差异,哨位执勤岗位得分明显高于后勤保障岗位人员,大专、中专学历高于初中学历人员,独生子女、家中老小得分高于其他人员。结论暑期北戴河某警卫部队官兵更倾向于使用积极的应对方式来调节情绪和处理身心压力;"常驻北戴河"、"后勤保障岗位"、"初中学历"、"家庭排行位于中间"因素对消极情绪调节期待影响较大,应重点关注该类人群,做到暑期特殊阶段心理卫生、负性情绪调节工作区分对待,有的放矢。Objective To explore the factors that influence the emotional state and negative mood regulation expectance in military security guards at different levels in Beidaihe in summer.Methods Following the Semi randomized control method,Negative Mood Regulation Expectancies of Chinese version（NMRE-C）were used in 202 military security guards in Beidaihe in summer.The data was collected,compared with the norm values of Chinese college students and analyzed statistically.Results（1）The NMRE-C scores in the two groups of security guards were significantly higher than the norm values of Chinese college students（P〈0.05）,with higher scores among the temporary guards than among the permanent ones in Beidaihe（P〈0.05）.（2）There was no difference in the scores of ranks,length of military service or self-assessment of personality.Guard soldiers had higher scores than those who provided rear service.Scores were higher for those who had received a college education or secondary school education than for those who had received less education,or were only children or the youngest children in a family.Conclusion Guard solders in Beidaihe tend to regulate their emotions,physical and mental pressure in positive ways in summer.Efforts should be made to reduce factors that have negative effect on the mood of guard soldiers,such as permanent guard duties,jobs related to rear service,poor education,and being younger siblings in a family.
