摘　　要：本文从高原寒区的环境、交通、装备以及当前的研究等方面,对未来高原边境反击作战条件下的"三防"医学救援所带来的影响进行分析,提出高原边境条件下反击作战时"三防"医学救援力量的使用方法及组织实施进行探讨,从而为"三防"医学救援的实战化训练及组织指挥提供参考。This article analyzes issues related to medical services for chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear （CBRN） defense during future border defensive counterattacks in terms of the environment, traffic condition, equipment and current research. The deployment of rescue force and rescue operations against possible CBRN attacks is discussed, which may serve as reference for war-oriented training and command related to CBRN defense.
