摘　　要：从公共政策理论的视角,探讨了产业技术创新战略联盟标准的内涵,新兴产业中技术创新对联盟标准的需求,并总结试点联盟在开展标准工作中的实践,提出了相关政策建议,政府可从引导、示范,建立评价和监督机制等方面,促进产业技术创新战略联盟标准的制定和实施。From the perspective of public policy theory, this essay discusses the necessity of carrying out the alliance standard for industrial technological innovation strategic alliance. It analysis emerging industry＇ s demand for alliance stand ards, summarizes the practice of the pilot alliance in carrying out the standard work, and puts forward the related policy suggestions. The government can guide, demonstrate, establish evaluation and supervision mechanism, etc. , to promote the development and implementation of industrial technology innovation strategic alliance standards.
