摘 要:美国科研创新曼哈顿模式推动了美国技术的迅猛发展,保持了新兴产业的优势地位。美国硅谷科技创新模式的三大成功经验模式为科技园、模块化分工、风险投资基金。而中国在科研创新中存在的科研主体不明确、科研成果转化率低等问题。美国的科研创新曼哈顿模式与硅谷模式为我国科技发展提供一定的指导作用,在分析美国两种截然不同的科研创新曼哈顿模式与硅谷模式的基础上,从两种模式成功推动美国科技发展的角度进行深入分析,阐述其成功的外部因素和核心竞争力的基础上,提出推动我国科技发展可借鉴的经验。the Manhattan model of scientific research and innovation in the United States has promoted the rapid development of technology in the United States, and has maintained a dominant position in the emerging industries. Three successful experiences of the Silicon Valley science and technology innovation model for the science and Tech- nology Park, the modular division of labor, venture capital fund. And China's scientific research innovation in the existence of the main body is not clear, scientific research and other issues of low conversion rate. The United States' scientific research innovation, Manhattan model and the Silicon Valley model provide some guidance for the development of science and technology in China. Based on the analysis of two different kinds of scientific research in- novation in the United States of Manhattan model and the Silicon Valley model, promote the American science and technology development from the two successful modes were analyzed, based on its external factors of success and core competitiveness, put forward to promote the development of China's science and technology experience.
