摘 要:为研究混流泵导叶最优的周向安装位置,采用ANSYS CFX 14.5进行定常和非定常计算,分析了8个不同导叶安装位置(C0-C7)对水力性能、压力脉动频域特性、压力脉动强度的影响.经过网格无关性检查后,原始导叶安装位置C0的数值计算结果与外特性试验具有很高的一致性,验证了数值模拟的可靠性.研究结果表明:导叶安装位置对该混流泵扬程的影响较小,各个安装位置的扬程均满足设计要求,而对水力效率的影响较大,C2水力效率最高,C7最低,其差值达到2.6%;导叶安装位置对监测点的主要激励频率没有影响,均为3倍叶频,但对主频的幅值有较大影响,C7主频的幅值最大,而C0和C2的幅值比较接近;压水室中的压力脉动强度随着导叶位置的改变而变化,极大值出现在导叶的工作面附近,C7的压力脉动强度最大,C0次之,C2最小.综合考虑该混流泵的水力性能和压力脉动特性,导叶安装位置为C2时,整体性能最优,可为该混流泵的导叶安装提供参考.In order to investigate the effects of diffuser installation position on the hydraulic perfor- mance, pressure fluctuation characteristics in a mixed flow pump, eight schemes ( CO - C7 ) of diffe- rent diffuser installation position are analyzed through steady and unsteady simulations by using ANSYS CFX 14. 5. Through grid independency analysis, the predicted results of the original scheme CO has a good agreement with the experimental performance, thus the numerical simulation is reliable. The re- suits show that the diffuser installation position almost has no effects on the head but influences the hy- draulic efficiency obviously, and the head of each scheme reaches the design requirement. The hydrau- lic efficiency of C2 is the largest and that of C7 is the smallest, whose difference is about 2.6%. Each scheme has the same main activating frequency, three times blade passing frequency, but its amplitude is different, the amplitude of C7 is the largest and those of CO and C2 are similar. Besides, the pres-sure fluctuation is weakened along the discharge pipe. The pressure fluctuation intensity varies evident- ly with the change of diffuser installation position, and the maximum in the circular casing occurs near the diffuser leading surface. The pressure fluctuation intensity of C7 is the largest, CO taking the se- cond place, and that of C2 is the smallest. Overall, the diffuser installation position C2 has the optimal performance and pressure fluctuation, which can be a significant reference for installing the diffuser in the mixed flow pump.
