摘 要:为了将山西省大豆品种的生育期反应与国际大豆生育期组划分结果相接轨,2014—2015年选择山西省27个推广大豆品种,以北美13份大豆生育期MGⅡ~MGⅤ组标准品种为参照,进行了大豆生育期组划分试验。结果表明,北美大豆标准生育期对照品种组间生育日数呈不断递增趋势,界限清晰,数据可用于生育期组划分参考。通过本省品种与标准品种的生育期性状分析,综合了气候对大豆生育期的影响,建立了山西省大豆生育期组划分标准。按照该标准确定山西省27个推广大豆品种属MGⅡ~MGⅤ范围,其中生育期组属MGⅡ的大豆品种有晋豆15、晋豆25、晋大早黄2号和晋豆43;生育期组属MGⅢ的有晋豆19、长豆18、晋豆40、晋豆30、晋遗31和晋遗42;生育期组属MGⅣ的有晋大73、晋大83、晋大78、晋豆34、晋大82、晋豆39、汾豆78、汾豆72、长豆009、汾豆56、汾豆79和晋大74;生育期组属MGV的有晋豆42、晋遗50、晋遗39、晋遗43和品豆6号。研究建立的山西省大豆生育期组划分标准,对未来大豆育种遗传研究、种质资源引进与交流、品种的审定、品种布局的科学化与标准化和推广应用提供了理论支撑。In order to integrate the MG categories of soybean varieties from Shanxi Province with the standard varieties from the North America, the MG categories for 27 soybean varieties from Shanxi Province were compared with 13 MG standard varieties from the North America in 2014 and 2015. The results showed that the growth duration of 13 standard varieties increased from MGII to MGV with a significant difference in DTM among MGs, which indicated the data can be used as the references to classify the MGs. A standard of the MG of soybean from Shanxi Province was established based on the trait analysis and climate during soybean growth period. Two-year trials showed that the test varieties can be classified into MG II to MG V. Among them, Jindou 15, Jindou 25, Jindazaohuang No. 2, and Jindou 43 were classified into MG II; Jindou 19, Changdou 18, Jindou 40, Jindou 30, Jinyi 31, and Jinyi 42 were classified into MG III; Jinda 73, Jinda 83, Jinda 78, Jindou 34, Jinda 82, Jindou 39, Fendou 78, Fendou 72, Changdou 009, Fendou 56, Fendou 79, and Jinda 74 were classified into MG IV; Jindou 42, Jinyi 50, Jinyi 39, Jinyi 43, and Pindou No. 6 were classified into MG V. The results of this experiment can provide a reference for the studies on genetics and breeding of soybean, germplasm resources exchange and introduction, certified varieties, scientific and standardized layout of varieties, cultural research, and application.
