摘 要:为提高油液混合动力系统挖掘机的节能效果,研究了辅助动力系统多控制策略的参数匹配问题。根据动力源驱动结构、工作原理及负载特性,提出稳定发动机工作点+恒排量释放、稳定发动机工作点+恒扭矩释放、稳定主泵工作点+恒排量释放及稳定主泵工作点+恒扭矩释放四种控制策略,并建立了系统主要元件数学模型,仿真对比分析四种控制策略的节能效果,得出稳定发动机工作点+恒排量释放节能效果最优的结论,并依此确定辅助马达参数。仿真结果表明:较原系统,参数匹配后的混合动力系统节油率提高了9.8%,工作效率提升了9.72%。In order to improve the energy saving effectiveness on an oil-hydraulic hybrid excavator, the parameter matching was studied based on multi control strategies of the auxiliary power systems. According to the driving structures, working principles and load characteristics, four kinds of control strategies were proposed including stabilizing engine operating points with constant displacement release, stabilizing engine operating points with constant torque release, stabilizing main pump operating points with constant displacement release, stabilizing main pump operating point with constant torque release. Then a mathematical model of the system main components was established. Compared the energy saving effectiveness of the four control strategies through simulations and analyses, coming to a conclusion that energy saving effectiveness of stabilizing main pump operating points with con- stant displacernent release is optimal, and according to this fact, the auxiliary motor parameters are determined. Simulation results show that, compared with the original system, the hybrid system's fuel saving rate has increased by 9.8%, and work efficiency has increased by 9.72%.
