摘 要:目的测定白屈菜中总生物碱的含量,为其质量的控制提供实验依据。方法以白屈菜红碱为标准品,采用酸性染料比色法测定白屈菜总生物碱的含量。结果白屈菜红碱在0.016~0.096 mg.ml^(-1)范围内,回归方程为Y=9.8661X+0.025,r=0.9991,吸光度与浓度具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别99.93%,RSD=1.79%。结论该方法准确度好,有一定的专属性,为白屈菜质量的控制提供实验依据。Objective To determine total alkaloids in chelidonii herba, which can be used for quality control. Methods Chel- erythrine was used as a control standard. The contents of total alkaloids were determined by acid dye colorimetry. Results The linear range of chelerythrine was 0. 016 -0. 096 mg. ml-1 , the regression equation was Y = 9. 8661X + 0. 025, r = 0. 9991. The average recovery was 99.93 % ,and RSD was 1.79 %. Conclusion The method is accurate with good reproducibility, which can be used for quality control.
