摘  要:目的优选中药膏方滋补Ⅰ号方的煎煮提取工艺。方法以加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数为考察因素,以黄芪甲苷和芍药苷含量、得膏率为考察指标,采用L_9(3~4)正交试验优选煎煮工艺。结果正交试验优选的最佳工艺均为加10倍量水,每次煎煮1.5h,共煎煮3次。结论该工艺切实可行,可为进一步扩大中药膏方滋补Ⅰ号方煎煮奠定基础。Objective To optimize the decoction technology of Nourishing - I Herbal Paste. Methods Ratio of dry extraction, the contents of astragaloside IV and paeoniflorin were comprehensive evaluation the effects of influence factors such as water addition, decoction time and the frequency number of decoction by using orthogonal experiment. Results The optimal conditions of Nouris- hing- 1 Herbal Paste were determined as follows: the ratio of solvent to solid is 10, decoction time was 1.5 hours with frequency 3 times of decoction. Conclusion This optimal extraction processing were simple, stable, and could be used for deeocting the herb paste.
