不同频率一指禅推对脾虚兔行为学表征、生化及GAS的影响研究

摘　　要：目的观察不同频率一指禅推对脾虚新西兰兔行为学表征、生化及GAS的影响。方法取成年新西兰兔48只,随机分为空白对照组(K组)、模型对照组(P组)、治疗组1(A组)、治疗组2(B组)、治疗组3(C组)、治疗组4(D组),A、B、C、D组分别以50-100Hz、101-150Hz、151-200Hz、200-250Hz的不同频率一指禅推法刺激中脘、天枢穴(双),观察比较脾虚兔行为学、血清生化及GAS的变化。结果经手法干预后,A、B、C、D各组指标均有一定程度的改变,其中B组改善程度最明显(P<0.05),A、C、D组随着手法频率逐渐远离B组,改善效果逐渐下降。结论一指禅推法的频率不同对脾虚家兔的影响不同,手法最佳作用频率段应在101~150Hz之间。Objective To observe the effects of different frequencies of Pushing Manipulation with One Finger（PMOF） on the be- havior, biochemistry and GAS of spleen deficiency New Zealand rabbits. Methods Forty - Eight adult New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into Blank control group （Group K）, Model control group （Group P）, Treatment group 1 （Group A）, Treat- ment group 2 （Group B）, Treatment group 3 （Group C） and Treatment group 4 （Group D）. Group A, B, C and D were stimu- lated Zhongwan（RN12） and Tianshu （ST25） （double） with PMOF , frequencies in 50 - 100Hz, 101 - 150Hz, 151 - 200Hz, 201 -250Hz respectively, observe and compare the changes of behavior, biochemistry and GAS of spleen deficiency rabbits after manipulation therapy. Results After PMOF intervention, each treatment group had a certain degree of improvement. Among them, the improvement degree of B group was the most obvious （ P 〈 0.05 ）, A, C, D group with the manual frequency gradually away from the B group, the improvement effect gradually decreased. Conclusion Different frequencies of PMOF show different changes of spleen rabbits, the best frequency segment of PMOF should be between 101Hz to 150Hz frequency.
