摘 要:不同语言中的独有构式体现了不同族群对世界独特的识解方式,对目的语独有构式的习得是外语学习的重要方面。本文以英语特有的way构式为个案,采用诱导实验法,考察中国英语学习者用way构式对现实运动事件的编码情况。研究发现,受试对运动事件的way构式编码率极低,难以激活产出二语中映射特定运动事件的典型构式;替代构式则选用与母语概念结构和句法表征相近的构式,说明母语在线思维影响二语运动事件的构式编码。本文同时讨论了构式形义激活难度的非对称性。Language-specific constructions usually reveal different construal patterns of the world. Therefore, it is important for L2 learners to acquire the unique constructions in the target language. Focused on English'way-construction'and adopting induced experiments, this study aims to investigate Chinese EFL learners' motion event encoding in the way-construction. It is found that the way-construction is rarely encoded in a native-like way, which indicates that Chinese EFL learners have difficulties in producing the canonical constructions mapping specific motion events in the target language. Alternative constructions of similar conceptual structure and syntactic representation in the native language are much favored, which shows a significant impact of on-line L1 thinking on L2 motion event encoding. The asymmetry of formmeaning activation of constructions is also discussed.
