摘　　要：目的研究血水草Eomecn chionantha Hance的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、C_(18)、Sephadex LH-20柱、重结晶,对血水草75%乙醇提取物的石油醚和氯仿部位进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据对所得化合物的结构进行鉴定。结果从中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为白屈菜红默碱(1)、β-香树脂醇(2)、6-酮基二氢白屈菜红碱(3)、(1'E)-6-(3″-甲氧基-4″羟基苯基乙烯基)二氢血根碱(4)、普罗托品(5)、博落回碱(6)、6-羟基二氢白屈菜红碱(7)。结论化合物2~4、6~7为首次从该植物中分离得到。AIM To study the chemical constituents from Eomecn chionantha Hance. METHODS The petroleum ether and chloroform fractions of E. chionantha 75% ethanol extract were isolated and purified by silica, C18, Sephadex LH-20 column and recrystallization, then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by spectral data. RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated and identified as chelerythridimerine （1）, β-amyrin（2）, 6-acetonyldiydrochelerythrine （3）, （I＇E） -6- （3＂-methoxy-4＂-hydroxyphenyl） ethenyldihy drosanguinarine （4）, protopine （5）, boeconoline （6）, 6-hydroxydihydrochelerythrine （7）. CONCLUSION Compounds 2 - 4, 6 -7 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
