康复疗养对高原官兵脱习服症状改善作用的研究

摘　　要：目的研究不同康复疗养措施对高原官兵脱习服症状的改善作用。方法将31名高原官兵分为常规疗养组和常规疗养+高压氧疗组,分别于疗养1 d、15 d及30 d时记录高原脱习服症状并对其评分进行比较。结果疗养15 d常规疗养+高压氧疗组的高原脱习服症状评分与常规疗养组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疗养15 d、30 d后两组海拔4 000 m、5 000 m官兵、守防6个月、12个月官兵较入院脱习服症状明显减轻(P<0.05),疗养30 d较疗养15 d症状变化显著(P<0.01)。结论定期组织下高原官兵到疗养院进行高原脱习服,疗养期间配合高压氧疗法对提高官兵适应平原生活,提高疗养效果有很好的作用。Objective To study the improving effects of rehabilitation and recuperation on the deacclimatization symptoms of officers and soldiers at plateau. Methods 31officers and soldiers who just down from the plateau to LinTong sanatorium were divided into two groups： the hyperbaric oxygen therapy group（the normal recuperate＋hyperbaric oxygen therapy） and the normal recuperate group, recordered their deacclimatization symptoms in the 1st day, 15th day and 30th day and compared the score of people with different rehabilitation measures. Results On the 15th day, the plateau deacclimatization symptom scores of the hyperbaric oxygen therapy guoup significantly lower than the normal recuperate group ,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. All of the two groups were significantly better about deacclimatization symptoms in the 30th day.All of the two groups were significant lower on the deacclimatization symptom in the 15th and 30th days（P〈0.05）,and the effects of the 30th day was better than the 15th day（P〈0.01）.The improving effects of the hyperbaric oxygen therapy group was very well in the 15th day, and all of the two groups were well to the officers and soldiers who were garrisoning more than 6 months and 4000meters above sea level at plateau in the 30th day. Our advise was as follows： that was very good to the deacclimatization symptom through the rehabilitation and recuperation to the sanatorium in a certain period of time.
