摘　　要：新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)是新生儿死亡的重要原因之一,部分存活患儿存在脑性瘫痪、癫痫、孤独症、严重视力和听力损伤等相关后遗症。亚低温治疗可减少中重度HIE的病死率和伤残率,许多国家已将亚低温治疗作为新生儿HIE的常规疗法。文章将就亚低温的临床应用现状做一探讨。Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy （HIE） is the most important reason for morbidity and mortality in term- born infants. Neonatal HIE is seen approximately in 2-3/1000 live births. Moreover, in the developing countries, its frequen- cy has risen up to 26/1000 live births. Among the remaining living newborns, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, autism, visual and auditory problems are diagnosed. Therapeutic hypothermia is now well-established as standard treatment for infants with moderate to severe hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. In this review, the clinical appilieation of therapeutic hypothermia in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic eneephalopathy will be discussed.
